Text Box: Welcome to the Sacred Music Heritage web site. “He makes me to lie down in green pastures; he leads me beside the still waters. He restores my soul.” Psalm 23: 2 ~ 3. These words from the most well known and beloved bible passages capture the essence of God’s desire for man. Like the shepherd for his sheep or father for his child, he will always have a haven ready for us when we return to Him. A place where we can regroup, refresh and restore ourselves. As with any journey, there comes a time where one needs to rest and reflect on where they started, where they are, and where they are headed.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        

                                                                                                                                                                                                             

 

God has given us each separate, individual tasks and the gifts needed to complete them according to his time table.  It is the later part that can be the most challenging to accept.  He has placed people in our path to help us with our journey, as we are here to help them. 

 

 God communicates to us through inspiration and ideas where His voice can transform itself through different ways, such as music in all its diverse styles and wondrous forms.  Of all the arts, music has a way of focusing the listener to be open to inspiration from God’s still, quiet voice unlike any other medium.  It is my prayer that as you hear these songs they will help you will find encouragement and focus for your life’s journey.
